Now there's a new program, America's Heroes at Work - to help employers integrate our veterans into the civilian workforce. We need to do this.

Are your employees happy with their job, are they happy I'm asking? Or, are they merely satisfied? I think that happy people who are passionate about what they do are happier to do it and employers who hire to that model will have better performers, less turnover and more profit.
