Nostradamus, Steve Miller and Michael J. Fox aren't the only ones who have a corner on the future. A recurrent theme at recruiting conferences this year is change. I attended Recruitfest09 this week here in lovely Toronto, Canada, where change was discussed at great length. You know what I say, "Get on board the change train and enjoy the ride".
