I would love to wave a magic wand and grant all people social media job seeking skills to make a Recruiter's life easier. But, Recruiters using social media to recruit are a minority and Recruiters are a minority in the workforce. So, should everyone buck up and go to social media job seeking skills seminars? Is that realistic?
