There's no icing on the cake like landing your dream job. But, getting there is one tough nut to crack. The tight job market isn't expected to return to the way it was before the recession for another 5 years, according to Jay Bryson, Chief Global Economist for Wachovia. You have to be like Roto Rooter to scope out opportunity and then present yourself in such a way they pang with feelings of loss when you leave the office.
