I have a friend whose husband doesn&#039;t want his name on the Internet yet is a very successful Recruiter. He recruits strictly old school. I don&#039;t know if I would say it is so black and white as you put it, (either for you or not) because there are a lot of dabblers out there and as many ways to use SN and SM as there are users. I truly think some people are happy with just a phone and email for communication tools. Thanks for stopping by!</description>
