		<description>Yes, there&#039;s nothing like stepping into someone&#039;s shoes. Sometimes we get what my late grandmother would call &quot;all hoity toidy&quot;. A job search can be a very humbling experience especially when one has been unemployed for a long period of time and finds them self looking at opportunities less than equivalent to their skills and experience.  Instead of having empathy and evaluating in a non-judgmental way, so many times a false sense of superiority creeps in and looks down on the candidate. It&#039;s a big no-no but happens all the time. We have to be aware of our biases in order to keep them in check.</description>
