The question I ask is does the organization need more than what the HR individual can offer?&lt;br&gt;It goes back to Michael Stallards response to me blog. In that the role of HR has to be to align itself to what the organization needs.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I have serious doubts when it is left to each individual to decide. That surely is not serving the role of the organization.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I agree with your last statement, if you choose the path of least resistance then don’t expect to be employed for too long.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Organization leaders!! You are being called out to demand and define what success looks like and strategize the role of HR. Other wise don’t be surprised when HR folks write their own agenda, and you achieve engagement levels in the upper teens and two percent of your org.</description>
