How incredibly generous of you! Yes! I really DO WANT YOUR HELP! Let's plan some time to chat at length. I need a strategy. You listen to me unconditionally, and continue to inspire me. I really hate to ask anyone for help, however, I really do need it.

Karla, I have only known you for a short time, yet you have been a great mentor and inspiration. There are few people one comes across in life that are so giving without asking anything in return. Yet you are one and incredible angel. I am reminded of a poem by Sister Helen Kelley as described in Margaret Wheatley's book. It seems to capture you love for life.

"Choose Life, only that and always, and at whatever risk.
To let life leak out, to let it wear away by the mere passage of time, to withhold giving it and spreading it
is to choose nothing."

Karla, Your virtual friendship has added value to my 2009 for sure. I look forward to learning more about recruiting, etc., from your tweets and radio commentary – which in turn helps me add value for my jobseeking clients. And, we will have that island one day! August
